Former judges who have been suspected of involvement in the abuse of judicial administrative authority during the former Chief Justice of Yang Seung-tae have been accepted to apply for attorney registration.

The Korea Attorneys Association (Chairman Lee Chan-hee) held a permanent meeting of the board of directors and announced that it decided to register as a lawyer for former incumbent Yoon Sung-won, former incarnation law chief and Kim Jong-

The ruling party said, "We have confirmed the petitions submitted by the parties and decided that it does not fall under the grounds for refusing to register under the law."

The law stipulates that, in the case of a person who has been subjected to criminal prosecution or disciplinary action due to an offense while serving as a public official, or who has retired in connection with an offense, he or she may refuse to register.

Yoon, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, was suspected of participating in the abuse of judicial administrative authority while serving as a judge of the Supreme Court.

They were also referred to as lawyers for the Democratic Society and Justice for Justice.

However, they seem to have decided that they were not included in the former and current judges charged with investigating allegations of abuse of administrative authority, and that they had not been subjected to disciplinary procedures before retirement.
