A Russian cargo vessel departing Busan Port at about 4:23 pm today (Oct. 28) was hit by an undercut of the Gwangan Bridge in Busan.
The cargo ship collided with a bridge on the structure, but it is reported that there are no casualties.
The Busan Facilities Management Corporation and the Coast Guard are investigating the incident.
