▲ On December 13, a work stoppage order is attached to the accident site of Kim Young-gyun, a non-regular worker.

The KCTU's public transport trade union, who participated in the Taean Thermal Power Plant investigation, was found to have found a situation in which the western part of the western power plant damaged the site and tried to reduce the accident.

Associated officials said in a news release today (Sunday), "I went to the scene three days after the accident, and there was a testimony from my colleagues that the place where the coal was piled up was clean like my room."

The public transport union also said that the field investigation found that there were illegal acts that could be estimated as a direct cause of the accident.

A public transport union official said in a briefing at 3:00 pm tomorrow in Seoul that he would reveal the cause of the accident himself and disclose the pictures to support it.

A detailed schedule, including a briefing location, will be announced in the future, and families are expected to attend.

On-site surveys included not only the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Occupational Safety and Health Agency, and the people involved in Western power generation.

The mother of the deceased Kim found Kim's work clothes in the locker room during the fieldwork, and it made me sad about the heat.

"My son is wrong, but you have to work safely," she cried, holding her coworkers together.

Kim was found dead on a conveyor belt at the coal transportation facility of Taean Thermal Power Plant 9, 10 in Wonbuk-myeon, Taipei, at about 3:20 am on November 11.
