Kim, a former deputy minister of justice who is accused of special rape, was detained trying to leave the Incheon airport overnight. Prosecutors have turned down former vice minister Kim's emergency departure and turned him into a suspect.

It is reported that the prosecution has charged Kim, the former deputy minister of justice, as a suspect. Last night, Kim seemed to have entered the preliminary departure ban for the vice minister, which means he actually started the investigation.

Prohibition of urgent departure can only be requested by the prosecution to the immigration officer if the suspect has the possibility of destroying or escaping evidence.

The request for the ban on emergency departure was made by an inspection belonging to the Supreme Prosecutors'

As the fact-finding mission has no authority to investigate, the prosecutor has been informed of his request to ban his departure from the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutor's Office.

As a matter of fact, the investigation team will end the investigation on Kim's vice-minister soon, regardless of the deadline, and hand over the case to the prosecution.

Kim, a former vice minister, was detained last night after attempting to leave Bangkok after purchasing a ticket for Bangkok to Bangkok directly from the airport.

Kim, who was staying at Incheon airport overnight, left the airport around 5 am today. It has not been confirmed where Kim has gone.

Kim received two prosecutions in 2013 and 2014 for allegedly being treated for sex at a villa of Yun Jun-cheon, a construction contractor, but all of them were charged with suspicion of external pressure.
