The arrest warrant was issued yesterday (15th) for Shin-il Group's former director Kim Mo and Mr. Humo, who is in-house director of Danskoi International Exchange.
The court issued a warrant for arrest, saying there was concern about the destruction and escape of evidence.
[HUMO / Dansko International Exchange Director (Yesterday): (Actually, did you plan to raise Dansko)? I will salvage. (Do you acknowledge the fraud charges?) Not. I misunderstood.]
Police said the two of the Shinil group officials were involved in the fraud and applied for a warrant for the first time since the investigation in July this year.
They are believed to have collected 15 trillion won worth of treasure and found the Russian ship Donskoi off the coast of Ulleungdo.
The amount of money raised by issuing fake virtual money is 9 billion won, and the victims are 2,600.
The police have found that there is no gold in the actual Duskko Lake, and the Shinil Group has been investigating it as having no intention to salvage the ship.
Meanwhile, Ryu Seung-jin, former chairman of Shinil Group in Singapore, is reportedly staying in Vietnam.
