The prosecution has requested a warrant for the arrest of Yang Jin-ho.

Yang is accused of involvement in illegal pornography dissemination and after-care, as well as web hardware companies, filtering companies that filter out illegal videos, and digital entertainers who receive money and remove sex crimes videos.

Police said at least tens of thousands of illegal pornography were involved in the distribution.

The arrest warrants include six allegations related to the spread of pornography, assault and coercion, and violation of animal protection laws.

Drug charges were excluded because the results of the hair tests were not available.
