The arrest of a suspect before the arrest of former Justice Chief Justice Park Young-hean, who was charged with arrest warrants for a judicial farming incident, will be held on Thursday.
The Seoul Central District Court said that a trial of the former Supreme Court justice Park Byeong-Dae will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday.
The judge will examine the former Justice Chief Justice Koh Young Han at the same time, and will be held at the hearing of the presiding judge.
The two judges who have been in charge of the warrant for the former Justice of Justice have been newly appointed judges after the Justice Farmers' Day.
It is expected that the arrest warrant for Park, Byung-Dae and Koh Young-Han will be decided by late Thursday or Friday at dawn.
