Mr. Namo, 47, worked for the Administrative Office of the Court. After retiring in 2000, he established a supplier of electronic devices.

Since then, Mr. Nam has monopolized the delivery of electronic legal business.

When the problem was pointed out in the audit of the state in 2008, Mr. Nam resumed the company in the name of his wife and continued the monopoly delivery.

According to the prosecution's investigation, it has received more than KRW 34 billion in delivery projects, including the real-life visual display business, from 2009 until recently.

In fact, the Supreme Court took the lead in the delivery of e-legal business, which the prosecutor seized in the process the context in which some employees of the court administration were involved.

Before the court employee made a bidding announcement, the clerk was informed in advance of which product to order, or when Mr. Nam requested a court employee to order a specific product.

The prosecution has identified such information in the Ogane email between Mr. Nam and the relevant court employee, and arrested him on suspicion of bidding.

The prosecution is also investigating the possibility of giving a courtesy to the court staff, including sending overseas travel to the court.
