"Union MS-12" successfully launched into orbit

The manned spacecraft Soyuz MS-12 with cosmonaut Alexei Ovchinin and astronauts Nick Hague and Christine Cook on board successfully launched into target orbit.

It became known earlier that the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the Soyuz MS-12 spacecraft was launched to the International Space Station from the Baikonur cosmodrome.

In November 2018, the head of the Roscosmos corporation, Dmitry Rogozin, said that at the end of 2019, the operation of the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle would be completed.
