Yoon Jang-hyun, former mayor of Gwangju, received a high-level prosecution investigation for two days regarding the fraud case of Mrs Kwon Yang-sook.
Yoon said that he did not seal the prosecution's memorandum on the grounds that he was unfair about the prosecution investigation process regarding the alleged violation of the public election law after completing the second summons of the Guangzhou District Prosecutor's Office for 13 hours in the morning.
Yoon said that the prosecution will be calling for an election crime, instead of the letter, in a written statement.
