China News Service, March 28 (Xinhua) According to the Chinese Football Association, the Chinese Football Association issued a notice on the hiring of football social supervisors. The content is as follows:

  In order to further strengthen the supervision and management of the football industry, improve the transparency of football work, and promote the healthy development of the football industry, the Chinese Football Association plans to openly recruit football social supervisors nationwide. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

  1. Scope of employment

  Recruit several supervisors from national news media and fan organizations; invite several representatives from discipline inspection and supervision departments, representatives from the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to participate in the supervision work as supervisors from the cities where the professional football league competition areas are located.

  2. Qualifications

  (1) Chinese citizens, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the party’s line, principles, and policies, and abide by national laws and regulations.

  (2) Love football, care about the development of football, have certain football knowledge or administrative experience, be in good health, and in principle be no more than 65 years old.

  (3) Have the ability to perform supervisory duties and have good moral character and sense of social responsibility.

  (4) Have good conduct and no criminal record or other negative social record.

  3. Job Responsibilities

  (1) Be invited to listen to the Chinese Football Association’s briefings on key football tasks and provide opinions and suggestions on related work; participate in the supervision of professional football leagues, youth competitions, referee selection and other activities.

  (2) Conduct research on football work, collect opinions from all walks of life on football development, and make policy recommendations to the Chinese Football Association.

  (3) Supervise the compliance of football industry practitioners with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, and performance of duties, report the supervision situation to the Chinese Football Association, provide feedback on problems discovered, and put forward suggestions for improvement.

  (4) Observe disciplines, keep secrets, and shall not disclose or disclose work content and information obtained during supervision activities without permission.

  4. Other matters

  (1) The work of supervisors is a public welfare activity and adheres to the principle of voluntariness and free compensation.

  (2) The application of news media personnel must be approved by the unit where they work, and must be stamped by the unit organization or personnel department for recommendation; fan organization representatives shall be generated from fan organizations officially registered by local civil affairs departments at all levels, and shall be reviewed by the local football association, sports administration The department agrees; representatives of the disciplinary inspection and supervision department, the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference will be invited by the Chinese Football Association to the relevant departments of the city where the league competition area is located.

  (3) The Chinese Football Association determines the list of supervisors based on work needs and the actual situation of applicants and recommenders, issues letters of appointment, and publishes them on the Chinese Football Association website.

  (4) The supervisor will be appointed for two years. After the expiration of the term, the supervisor can be re-appointed on the basis of work needs and personal performance.
