China News Service, March 28. According to the Chinese Football Association website, the Chinese Football Association issued interim measures for handling reports of "fake gambling" issues on the 28th. The specific contents are as follows:

  Article 1 In order to further standardize the order of the football industry, severely crack down on "fake gambling" and other violations of laws, regulations and disciplines, maintain the fairness, justice and credibility of football matches, and encourage fans and employees to actively participate in the special management of "fake gambling", according to Relevant legal provisions and the formulation of these Measures.

  Article 2 The term "fake gambling" as mentioned in these Measures refers to violations of laws, regulations and disciplines caused by athletes, coaches, referees and related personnel violating sports competition rules or sports ethics, resulting in improper changes in the competition process or results and other illegal, disciplinary and illegal behaviors.

  Article 3 The scope of reporting covers all types of football events at all levels organized by the Chinese Football Association and its member associations, including but not limited to "fake gambling" activities in professional football leagues, Chinese Champions League, youth competitions, etc.

  Article 4 The public can check the reporting channel information published on the Chinese Football Association website, and provide relevant reporting clues and evidence by calling the reporting hotline, sending emails, mailing reporting letters, etc.

  The whistleblower is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided.

  Article 5 The Chinese Football Association will register and analyze the reports one by one, and provide an acceptance response to the whistleblower after acceptance. For the same issue, only the earliest report will be accepted.

  Article 6 For reports with clear clues, specific content, and strong verifiability, the Chinese Football Association will organize an investigation team to investigate and handle the reports, and feedback the results to the whistleblower; for reports involving Chinese Football Association staff, they will be dealt with in accordance with management authority. The case shall be investigated and handled by the Disciplinary Inspection Commission of the Chinese Football Association, or handed over to the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department of the General Administration of Sports for handling; for reporting clues from personnel under the jurisdiction of member associations, they shall be transferred to member associations for investigation and handling.

  Article 7: Material rewards ranging from 2,000 to 20,000 yuan will be given to whistleblowers who provide effective clues and are verified; for whistleblowers who have repeatedly provided valuable clues, especially in investigating and dealing with the problem of "fake gambling". Special rewards will be given to whistleblowers who play a key role.

  Article 8 The Chinese Football Association will keep strictly confidential the personal information and evidence provided by the whistleblower to ensure the privacy and security of the whistleblower; for any leakage of the whistleblower's information, the relevant responsible persons will be held accountable in accordance with laws, regulations and disciplines.

  Article 9 Those who make false or malicious reports, as well as those who provide false evidence or information during the investigation process, will be held accountable accordingly.

  Article 10 Each member association may refer to these measures to manage reports on "fake gambling" issues in football activities held.

  Article 11 The Chinese Football Association is responsible for the interpretation of these Measures and will be implemented from the date of promulgation.
