  The speed skating mixed relay final was contested between four teams: China, the Netherlands, South Korea and Japan. The Chinese team composed of Liu Yunqi and Pan Baoshuo made a strong comeback in the final sprint and won the championship with a time of 3 minutes, 11 seconds and 74. This was also the fifth gold medal won by the Chinese sports delegation at this Winter Youth Olympic Games. The South Korean team and the Netherlands team won the runner-up and third place respectively.

  In the women's three-on-three ice hockey bronze medal match, the Chinese team competed with the Italian team. The two teams were tied at 7:7 at the end, but due to a previous foul by the Italian team, the Chinese team got a penalty kick opportunity. Captain Zhang Anna withstood the pressure and made a hit, helping the Chinese team narrowly beat their opponent 8:7. This is not only the first Winter Youth Olympic medal for Chinese ice hockey, but also the first medal won by Chinese ice hockey in an Olympic series event.

  In addition, in the curling mixed team bronze medal match, the Chinese team unfortunately lost to the Swiss team 8:10 and missed the medal. The champion and runner-up were the British team and the Danish team respectively.

  As of January 25, the Chinese sports delegation has won a total of 14 medals at this Winter Youth Olympic Games, including 5 golds, 7 silvers and 2 bronzes. It is tied for first place in the medal list with the Italian team and the Austrian team. The total number of medals has surpassed the 2016 Lilleha Meer Winter Youth Olympic Games and Lausanne 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games.
