Freestyle skiing aerials is a traditional strength of China's snow sports, and at the Beijing Winter Olympics, Qi Guangpu and Xu Mengtao led the Chinese freestyle skiing aerials team to win the gold medal in the men's and women's events, achieving a new breakthrough in history. In the new cycle of the Milan Winter Olympics, the Chinese team has reached the replacement of the old and the new, and the excavation and training of young athletes are more important.

When it comes to young athletes competing on the same field, Xu Mengtao's evaluation is "dare to fight". "They kept learning from the race, finding their rhythm and finishing well, and even though they were only three places on the podium, the rest of the people were doing really well, which makes me very happy.
