The 30-year-old former Argentina international played 21 games for his Turkish team during this season in various domestic and continental competitions, scoring 16 goals, including two goals in the Champions League and providing 5 assists.

The former Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain striker showed that he still has a lot to offer, having finished last season with 23 goals and 8 assists.

Since the start of the season, Real Madrid have been suffering from a shortage of players, and things have been further complicated by the injury of Vinicius Jr., who will not return until February, so the club will have to make deals at the attacking level.
