Arrival of the Vendée Globe

While waiting to take the live in hand at 5 p.m. I leave you with a little reading.

Where we learn in particular that the weather will have pissed off the leaders in this Vendée Globe (and that the foilers have disappointed a little).

Even if obviously, it is thanks to her that we are entitled to this final deglingo.

A Vendée Globe slower than usual, failure or fatality?

Hello Vendée Globix, I hope you are ready to have a great time in sport and math with us.

The first skippers of the Imocas fleet which has embarked on this solo round the world, nonstop and unassisted, will be back this evening.

A priori, Charlie Dalin (Apivia) will be the first to return to Les Sables d'Olonne.

But he will have to wait before (perhaps) claim victory: behind him, Boris Herrmann, 3rd provisional and Yannick Bestaven (4th) respectively benefit from 6h and 10:15 am compensation relating to the rescue of Kevin Escoffier on the approach of Cap de Bonne -Hope.

For this reason, the winner of the 9th edition of the Vendée Globe will not be known until dawn.

All the forces of

20 Minutes

will therefore be mobilized to keep this live alive until the epilogue.

We will note in particular the presence of the immense David Phelippeau on site, whom I will relay here.
