Baniyas is the fiercest team in the league ... and the yellow cards are for "Salawi"

Bani Yas was at the forefront of the Arab Gulf Football League teams, in making mistakes, during the first leg of the competition, which was closed last Saturday. The Al-Ahly youth players were the most committed, as they received the fewest warnings among the players of other clubs, with 19 cards, Bani Yas followed with 20 cards, and Al-Wahda with 21 cards.

In the first round matches, 22 red cards were shown, obtained by nine clubs, while those cards did not rise in the faces of the players of Shabab Al-Ahly, Sharjah, Al-Wahda, Fujairah and Bani Yas teams.

Ajman signed a ban on receiving five red cards for its players, as the most teams for those cards, followed by Khor Fakkan, whose players got five red cards, then Al Wasl, Al Jazira and Al Dhafra, and each of them had three red cards.

All the league teams won penalty kicks in the first round, as Sharjah is the most awarded with eight penalties, then Al Wahda, Al Ain, Fujairah and Al Dhafra, and each of them got four penalties.

Al-Wehda is the only team whose players did not make any mistakes inside the box, while Ajman players went to the top of the fouls from the penalty mark seven times.

• Al-Jazira teams made the least mistakes during the first round matches, with 141 fouls.

Shabab Al-Ahly, Sharjah, Al-Wahda, Fujairah and Baniyas did not get red cards.
