The Dubai Sports Council discussed, during a meeting held by the Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council, Saeed Hareb, with the executives of clubs, football companies and sectors of sports companies in Dubai, arrangements to confirm the readiness of the emirate's clubs for the return of the masses to the stadiums and halls by adopting and ratifying a protocol for the return of the masses.
