To make you wait nicely while waiting for the kickoff, I leave you with this portrait of Bernard Le Roux, which we almost did not see this evening because of a nasty gesture on Alun Wyn Jones last week.

A relief that speaks volumes… Has Le Roux become indispensable?

Here we are.

With delay, but given the context we are not going to complain about attending the epilogue of the 6 nations tournament on an autumn evening.

The XV of France receives Ireland with the hope of winning its first title under Galthié.

Well, we're not going to lie to each other, it will take more than a miracle for that to happen tonight.

Not that beating Ireland is impossible - the Blues are in good shape - but the first place depends on too many external factors including England's match… in Italy.

To put it simply and save yourself a mountain of calculations: we will have to give our Irish friends a great deal to win the tournament.

Or just a good evening.
