The Football Association of the three countries says in a statement that they have already invited the football world body, Fifa, and that a formal application must be sent in by the end of the year.
Germany hosted the world championships in 2011 while the Netherlands hosted the European Championships in 2017. For Belgium, this would mean the first time the country hosts a major women's tournament.
The 2023 World Cup will be held in Australia / New Zealand and for the first time will be played with 32 teams.
In 2019, the World Cup was held in France.
