Saint-Germain seeks to join Chelsea defender Rudiger

Media reports in France revealed that the technical director of French football club Paris Saint-Germain had telephoned German international Antonio Rudiger, player of Chelsea FC, regarding his transfer to the French capital.

This was according to what was announced by "RMC Sports" today.

It is reported that the 27-year-old defender has a contract with the English club until the end of June 2022, which means that his transfer now will have costs.

Chelsea's coach, Frank Lampard, is no longer dependent on Rudiger, the 31-man international, who moved in the summer of 2017 from AS Roma to Chelsea.

According to the station, negotiations are continuing between Saint-Germain and Chelsea.

Chelsea does not want to abandon Rudiger unless there is a suitable offer.

In addition to Saint-Germain, there are other clubs seeking to include Rudiger, including his former club Roma and Barcelona.
