All the riders and all the management of each team competing for the Tour de France were tested on Monday on the occasion of the rest day.
The results fell on Tuesday shortly before the start of the 16th stage of the competition, and all are negative, much to the relief of the peloton.
The entire Tour de France peloton was authorized to leave on Tuesday for the 16th stage, after negative results in the detection tests for Covid-19, we learned from the organization.
None of the Tour riders has been positive for the various Covid tests undergone for three weeks.
