Gothenburg now has the grip on the damallsvenska gold. A couple of hours after they defeated Umeå at home, they got help from the bottom team Djurgården.

Djurgården managed to keep a clean sheet against Rosenågrd, despite a sometimes fierce Rosengård pressure.

Chance after corner

The closest to scoring a goal was Rosengård's national team striker Anna Anvegård. Just over half an hour into the match, in the aftermath of a corner, a ball was lifted to Anvegård at the right corner of the goal area. Anvegård then slammed in with a rock-hard volley - which, however, went to the bottom of the bar.

So there was no goal there, nor later in the match. 0-0 means that Rosengård is now three points behind league-leading Gothenburg. Half the series remains to be played.

Djurgården's points in the match meant that the Stockholm team lifted from eleventh to tenth place. On the same score, ten, as Uppsala but with a better goal difference.
