The "Hand Union General" sets September 27 as the date for the elections
The “Extraordinary General Assembly” of the Hand Union approved, unanimously, the Federation’s statute, and set the date of next September 27 as the date for the Federation’s elections in its new election cycle 2020-2024. This came in the meeting held this afternoon at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai, and was attended by the president of the federation, Muhammad Abdul Karim Julfar, the representative of the Public Authority for Sports Mohamed Al Kaabi, members of the Federation’s board of directors, and representatives of 16 clubs.
The "association" set the first of September as the date for sending invitations to the clubs to nominate their representatives and contest the next elections, provided that the door for candidacy and the receipt of nomination forms will be closed on the 18th of the same month, so that the list of candidates will be finally announced on September 23, and the official elections will be entered on the 27th. Same month. It was also decided to open the door for appeals against the election results for a maximum of three days, to close on September 30 at 12 noon.
