Cesar was briefed on the technical department's work plan to develop technical training cadres working in the national teams, and the mechanism for qualifying trainers to obtain training certificates and licenses, as well as developing the budding and junior sector. And Cesar inspected the facilities and stadiums of the Football Association. At the end of the visit, the tiger presented the Brazilian Football Association shield to Cesar, who expressed his happiness with this visit.
