  China News Service, August 12th. On the evening of the 11th, the Chinese Super League team Shenzhen Kaisa issued an announcement through its official Weibo, announcing that Donadoni would step down as the club coach, and the first coach of the Chinese Super League after school was born.

  The announcement read: "After friendly negotiation, the Shenzhen Football Club and Mr. Roberto Donadoni jointly decided: from now on, Donadoni and his coaching staff will no longer coach the Shenzhen Kaisa team."

  On July 30, 2019, Donadoni was appointed to be the head coach of the Shenzhen Kaisa team. Although Shenzhen Football failed to relegation this season, fortunately, they still entered the Super League by hand. The position of Donaldoni's coach was also retained.
