Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, President of the Football Association, affirmed that the Federation’s Board of Directors stands firmly with the judges of the stadiums, and will provide them with all reasons for excellence in order to play their roles in the best pictures locally and abroad, expressing his happiness with the successes achieved by the Emirati referee during the past decades, praising with care The arbitration family is keen to achieve the desired development on an ongoing basis.
In official statements, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi called on stadium judges to do their utmost during their foreign camp in Serbia in order to prepare for the new football season, as well as preparing for the management of continental matches, stressing that the Emirati referee has a good reputation in foreign forums after his excellence in managing matches. He also praised the work of the referees committee and its programs and its keenness to provide the means for success, by bringing in international symbols in the world of arbitration to enlighten the local government and prepare it physically and mentally for the coming period.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi wished success to the Rulers ’Mission in Serbia, reiterating his confidence in the qualifications of the Emirati government and its ability to overcome difficulties, and called for more solidarity and cooperation in the next stage, stressing that the Emirati government has become the country's ambassador in foreign forums.
On the other hand, the football referees delegation left yesterday for the Serbian capital Belgrade to set up an external camp that will continue until the 25th of this month in preparation for the new football season 2020-2021, which will start next month.
The mission, headed by a member of the Federation’s Board of Directors and Chairman of the Referees Committee, Ali Hamad Al-Badwawi, included a number of accredited local coaches and lecturers, and 64 referees from the first team who will run the Professional League competitions, the President’s Cup and the First Class League, in addition to the international referees who will run the matches. They will manage it externally.
Ali Hamad said: “The referees, after leaving the Serbia camp, will undergo an advanced course on video technology (mouse) from 27 to 29 August 2020.
