The Swedes in both teams were highly involved in the points production. Arizona defender Oliver Ekman Larsson accounted for two assists, and Filip Forsberg and Viktor Arvidsson each scored for Nashville.

Forsberg's goal with only 32 seconds left of regular time gave Nashville one last chance to equalize the match series.

But just minutes into overtime, Arizona decided through Brad Richardson. That goal took Arizona on to the Stanley Cup game.

Earlier on Friday night, the New York Islanders also moved on after a clear 5-1 against Anton Strålman's Florida Panthers. The Islanders won 3-1 in matches.
