The German fans group (Or Curve) criticized the decision issued today to partial return of the fans to football matches next season, which was on the agenda of the German Bundesliga during its meeting with the clubs today. A member of the fans association, Just Peter, told RBB radio that the crisis of the emergence of the new Corona virus is still continuing, and that it is witnessing an increase in cases recently, which confirms the danger of allowing this step.

The 36 clubs in the first and second tiers have approved a model proposed by the League, which allows a possible partial return of the fans to the stadiums starting in mid-September in light of the pandemic of the emerging Corona Virus virus. "When and how many fans will be allowed to return to the stadiums is not a decision of the League," association president Christian Seifert said at a press conference. "We do not expect or demand anything, but we are preparing for that." He stressed that "the priority currently in Germany is not the full stadiums, but the health of people."

It will be up to the local authorities to determine whether the return of the fans to the stadiums in the near term is possible, especially in light of fears of a second wave of injuries. It is expected that the health ministers in various German states will discuss this issue during next Monday's meeting.

"With all the desire I have to return to the stadium, but we are living in a pandemic, the logic says that health protection should be put as a priority," said Peter FCA member Peter. Except health protection, after allowing fans to return personal tickets online.

Other fans' associations criticized various aspects of the German League association concept, including preventing fans from visiting teams from attending matches.
