Double world champion in rallycross Johan Kristoffersson made his debut as a guest driver in the Porsche Carrera Cup on Sweden's northernmost track, Drivecenter Arena in Fällfors outside Skellefteå.

Kristoffersson has won the Carrera Cup three times before, and showed on Wednesday night that he still masters driving a Porsche. He won the first race, despite a slightly swaying start - and in race two it was repeated.

- It feels very good. I had a much better start in race two. But then I did away with myself in the first turn and it was just my own mistake, says Johan Kristoffersson.

Kristoffersson slipped past Robin Hansson in the so-called hairpin after about eight minutes of driving, and kept that position in over the finish line in the rainy weather on Fällforsbanan.

- Robin was incredibly fast in the beginning, and it is difficult how hard you can attack in this weather. But Robin skidded around a bit, and I made a fairly easy overtaking. Then I just tried to stay cool and take the car to the finish line, Kristoffersson tells Viasat.

The next race for Johan Kristoffersson will be the World Championship race in rallycross in Höljes on 20-23 August.

In the Masters Cup, Magnus Öhman and Tomas Carlsson each won a race, with Prince Carl Philip Bernadotte as third in both races.
