On a daily basis, Olivia Mellegård is a professional in Denmark and even though it is closer to home than, for example, Isabelle Haak's everyday life in Istanbul, she really wants to emphasize how important it is not just to enjoy teammates and coaches.

It has also become extra relevant with the corona pandemic, when many have been isolated from their teams.

- You should of course thrive in the team, but that it is also so important outside to be able to cope in the long run.

The other ball stars say that they have chosen to study different things to make friends who are not directly connected to the sport they are doing and the teams they play in.

Olivia Mellegård received a somewhat unexpected tip from her boyfriend, that she should start singing in a choir and take a driving course. Although it was a way to meet friends outside of handball, it was perhaps the best idea.

- "You know I can not even sing" I said to him. He could have come up with something else, laughs Mellegård.
