And if Amadou joins Ajman, he will be the first player from Europe to appear in the "orange" stadium, after the administration had previously relied on Arab, Asian and African players, and from South America.
The Portuguese player had previously played for several clubs in his country, Sporting Lisbon, before moving to a Gulf club in 2017.
