Due to the prevailing pandemic situation and fear of large crowds, this year's world tour competition in sailing on Marstrand was decided offshore, instead of the southern inlet where the audience has been able to follow the sailing closely in the past.

But when the forecast showed that the unstable weather on the west coast would not allow any match racing on Saturday, the event organizer made the decision to make the decision already on Friday night.

Once there, Anna Östlings Team Wings was the fastest in the final against Johanna Bergqvist's team, after defeating Klara Wester in the semi-finals - and thus the meritorious sailor was the finalist in the women's class Nordea Womens Trophy for the third year in a row.

“It feels so wonderful - and windy! We had a tough semi-final against Klara Wester but then we ended up right again and the finals felt stable, ”Östling said in a press release.

Best in the men's class was new sailor Phil Robertson's crew after a tough final race against Australian Kyle Langford. Swedish Max Salminen fell snowfall against the latter in the semi-finals, and there was also respite for Jesper Stålheim who fell against Robertson.
