It was twelve years ago that Alba Berlin could celebrate a league title. This time, a Swedish played one of the lead roles.

Marcus Eriksson and his Berlin had a 23 point margin after the first final match but still pressed in the return in Ludwigsburg.

The 26-year-old from Uppsala, who was drafted by the NBA as the third Swedish ever in 2015, moved last fall from a victory in Spain to Berlin. A move that has become a success.

Cup champion earlier this spring and now German league champion. Eriksson, who has a three-point shooter as his noble brand, was effective yesterday. He scored 13 points and made a big contribution to Berlin's victory, which was eventually scored 75-74.

Last year, Eriksson put 254 three-pointers out of 259 during a training exercise with his Alba Berlin. Check out the incredible company

Now, not only is Eriksson one of the world's most dot-proof shooters. He is the German champion, Sweden's first national senior title in his career.
