Helene Marie Fossesholm created headlines last year when it became known to the public that she was granted a dispensation for taking growth hormone. Now she is on the scene in Oslo for bar training with the Norwegian senior national team - and the talent stands out there as well.

When it is time for today's workout and intensity training, Fosseholm is the only one that does not use heart rate bands - even though the heart rate should be between 82.5 to 87.5 percent of the maximum heart rate. The riders will run five laps in the Holmenkollen roller ski track.

- I have never done it and feel no need for it. I think it's important to get to know your body properly. I have not trained this way this much before, I have just tried to keep as steady as possible, "Fossesholm tells NRK and continues:

- But when I'm in goal there is not much energy left.

National coach Ole Morten Iversen sees no problems with the young talent going against the current.

- I feel that she performs the training just as well as the others, but more on emotion, he says, adding that it is important not to exercise too much.

- You should not be so tired that you have to throw yourself in the grass when you get to the finish.
