They revealed that the sector lost a large part of its financial revenues by 40%, in addition to the significant decrease in the market value of players in various parts of the world.

But they stressed that the safety of the players and the parties to the game is one of the most important priorities, noting that this crisis led to the sports federations and clubs learning ways and methods in the face of crises, which occur in the field of sports and football in particular. The seminar was moderated by the President of the Football Association Appeal Committee, Counselor Adel Abdullah Al-Junaibi.

The speakers pointed out that FIFA's regulations did not provide for an explicit decision to cancel the leagues in emergency situations, but rather left the matter to the federations' estimates according to their circumstances.

Samar Nassar, Chairperson of the Women's Committee in the Arab Football Federation and Secretary General of the Jordan Football Association, said that after the Corona pandemic, the ball will return differently, noting that everyone noticed a change in the world championships.

She asked about the role of "FIFA" in helping the sector and getting the game back on the right track, stressing the importance of this sector's exit from this crisis with minimal damage, through following new methods and methods in dealing.

He said that as a mediator for players, many problems were experienced by players, pointing out that one of them received 225 thousand dirhams per month, and he received a notification from his club to reduce his salary to 80 thousand dirhams.

The head of the Omani players ’conditions and transfers committee, Ahmed Al-Rashdi, referred to the steps that his union has taken in dealing with the crisis, indicating that he decided not to prejudice the players’ salaries, and not to allow clubs to reduce them. In turn, the legal adviser of Al Ain Club, Mohamed Al Shatanawi, stressed the importance of placing the clause of force majeure in players ’contracts in such circumstances.
