It stated that "with the support of club president Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Al Wasl Football Company contracts with Argentine playmaker Nicholas Uruz for one season on loan, and Brazilian defender Santos Neres for 3 seasons.
Thus, Al-Wasl has three foreign players in his ranks, including Brazilian Wilton Suarez and new arrivals Oroz and Neres, after the departure of Ecuadorian Fernando Jaipur, Brazilian Lucas Galvao and German Christian Trish.
