The Moroccan newspaper "Al-Mukhtab" revealed that the new defense club lodged an official complaint against the Egyptian club Zamalek to the Confederation of African Football "CAF" and escalated the case to the International Federation "FIFA" to obtain its share of the loan loan to Hamid Haddad to Raja Casablanca, which threatens Zamalek to participate in the next edition of the African Championships.
The newspaper said in its electronic version today, Al-Aba'a: "The new defense found itself obliged to submit its complaint after its officials exhausted all friendly ways and efforts to settle its dispute with Zamalek, whose board of directors refused to deal positively with the defense correspondent who asked him for his share of the player's transfer deal for Haddad for the oval and specified in 20%, as stipulated in the fifth clause of the professional contract concluded two seasons between the Moroccan team and its Egyptian counterpart.
She explained that "the African Union laws stipulate that clubs participating in continental competitions are denied a license to participate, in case they refrain from settling their financial status towards the complaining teams, which is the penalty that threatens the Zamalek club if its officials continue to be intransigent."
The newspaper added, "In return, the new defense finally got the first installment of its share of the loan deal for striker Walid Azaru for the Saudi agreement, with the second installment transferred to the club's account in the next few days."
