- If we can play and train at 100 percent, it will be very strange to be laid off, says Martin Pringle, sports manager Varberg, to SVT Sport.

The club had prepared an application for further layoffs, but Friday's decision to run Allsvenskan on June 14 means that the form ended up in the trash. And the clubs that SVT has talked to have done the same.

- Hard to see how we could get through it, I have a very hard time seeing how any club can get through continued layoffs, says Pringle.

The players in Varberg have been laid off for two months at 60 percent. An important saving measure.

- It means about SEK 1 million, which is quite a lot of money for us. A good saving with our dimensions measured.

What do you lose playing without an audience?

- I have no figures on it, but we do not have Hammarby's companion. Our sales are not based as much on audiences, but they must rely more on sponsors and other revenue.
