Italian Andrea Reynaldi, the player of the second-team Atalanta football team, died on Monday of 19 years, from a stroke as a result of an aneurysm disease, Italian sports media announced.
The young midfielder was ill on Friday while training at his home near Como, in northern Italy. He was taken to hospital in Varese, where he died this morning.
And he represented Reynaldi Atalanta in the age group competitions, from the age of 13 through to the Primavera Championship (youth under 19 years), and he won with the U-17 team the League and Super Cup titles (for the same age group).
This season, Reynaldi was loaned to Lignano of the fourth degree.
Atalanta lamented in a statement to his young player, "Just as it is on the field, you always did not give up, and this time also you fought with all your strength. Your kind smile will always survive in the hearts of those who were fortunate to meet you."
"President Antonio Percassi and the entire Atalanta family offer their sincere and sincere condolences to Andrea's relatives and Lineanu's team. Goodbye Andrea."
