China News Service, May 4 (Xinhua)-Recently, the China Judo Association issued a "Notice on Carrying out National Judo Training in 2020" on its official website.

  The notice emphasizes that in order to further strengthen physical fitness, make up for shortcomings, change the concept of judo training, mobilize the enthusiasm of various provinces and cities in the country, focus on the preparations for the Tokyo Olympics training, and coordinate the Hangzhou Asian Games. In July, a nationwide judo training session led by the National Judo Team was launched.

  There are six sessions in this big training.

  Phase I: May 11-24, 2020, China-Rouhe Association Network Platform;

  Phase II: June 8-21, 2020, China-Rouhe Association Network Platform;

  Phase 3: July 6-19, 2020, Shaanxi;

  Fourth period: August 17-31, 2020, Jiangsu;

  Fifth period: September 14-30, 2020, Guangxi;

  Sixth period: October 18-31, 2020, Fujian.

  The content of the training consists of four sections: basic physical fitness, special physical fitness, technical training, and competition. 150 athletes, coaches and referees are expected in each period. At present, the content of the first session of the China Judo Association has also been published through the official website, mainly composed of training units and competition units: the training unit is mainly physical training, and the competition unit collects the results by video recording.
