He explained: “My only reservation is that if the league is not completed in May, it is better for everyone to cancel the competition, because the extension of the league between four and five additional months will cause the clubs a huge financial burden that exceeds their budget, at this time when everyone was affected economically due to the Corona pandemic. ».
He continued: "We may get three million dirhams from the league upon the completion of the league, in return, we will spend about nine million dirhams on the salaries of players, technical, medical and administrative apparatus, so where do we get all this money?" He added: "The clubs are not beneficiaries to pay salaries to the players that you do not wish to continue with in the coming season, which is a great injustice and a waste of money that we could have avoided by a decision in the public interest of all parties." He continued, "I expect that the preparation period for the clubs will not be at the required level, which is in line with the establishment of the championship in times of high temperature and humidity, and that the matches will be heavily pressed, which may produce great injuries within the team."
