53-year-old Mike Tyson joined his last professional game in 2005.

But now the American, who during the professional career won 50 of 58 matches, has started training again. And he doesn't just do it for fun, but does it with the aim of getting into match form.

- I want to go to the gym and get in shape to be able to box charity matches on three or four rounds. I want to do charity stuff, raise money, help homeless and drug addicts like myself, he recently said in an Instagram Live broadcast with rapper TI, quoted by several foreign media outlets.

Has avoided boxing

He tells in the broadcast about what the training looks like.

- I run two hours of fitness training. I cycle and run on the treadmill for an hour and then lift some weights, 250-300 times. Then I start the day with the boxing stuff. I go in and hit the middle (padded punches that the one you save against has) for 25-30 minutes. And now it starts to get in better shape, he says.

Tyson has for many years avoided running hard boxing training. In several interviews he has stated that he does not want to risk "old Mike Tyson" coming back, which he fears will happen if he starts boxing again.

Mike Tyson is considered one of the greatest boxing worlds of all time. When he won his first heavyweight title in 1986, he was only 20 years, four months and 22 days - the youngest heavyweight champion ever. He won his first 19 professional matches at knockout, 12 of them in the first round.
