Pettersson has played SHL hockey with Skellefteå since the 2009/2010 season and has two SM golds on the track record.

He, like Hedberg, has signed a two-year contract with Brynäs.

- Adam has been at a high level for many years and Skellefteå has had great success during Adam's time up there. This is going to be a little untested ground for him but also a chance for him to take further steps, says Michael Sundlöv to the team's website.

In total, Pettersson has been listed for 136 points (50 + 86) in 444 matches in SHL.

"Great game spirit"

Tom Hedberg is picked up from Modo where he acted as assistant captain and during the past season showed that he is a future man, with 25 points (3 + 22) in 52 games.

- Tom is a very exciting guy. He is not that big but he has a fantastic game mind and is quick in thought and solves situations on the ice in a good way. He will have the opportunity to take an offensive role here with us and it will be very exciting to see him in SHL, ”says Sundlöv.
