The world champion of aerobatics Jacques Ferrari is targeted by a criminal investigation after the complaint of a young woman who was his student, we learned Tuesday from the public prosecutor of Saumur (Maine-et-Loire) .

"A criminal investigation is underway following a complaint filed on December 31, 2018 against Mr. Jacques Ferrari," said the prosecutor of Saumur, Guillaume Donnadieu. "The investigations are continuing at the moment" and it is not possible, "at this stage", to "bring any other information", said the magistrate.

Suspended by the prefecture

European champion in 2013 and World champion in 2014, the 31-year-old sportsman was suspended from his duties as coach and educator in the Saumur region on behalf of the French Federation and within the Noroc team that 'he founded, by decision of the prefect of Maine-et-Loire, said the prefecture to AFP.

This suspension was decided after an administrative investigation was opened on February 12 by the Ministry of Sports. They had left the Alps in 2016 for Saumur, before giving up less than two years later to continue their training.The eldest, Chloé, maintained a relationship with her educator, once an adult.
