Slovak newspaper Pravda reports that the star injured his knee and also publishes an x-ray on the injury.

Petra Vlhova's Italian trainer Livio Magoni tells Pravda that it is a cartilage injury, which will be treated but is expected to take at least 15 days to heal.

The next slalom competition is the eighth of March in German OfterSchwang. Vlhova leads the overall World Cup 20 points ahead of Mikaela Shiffrin, who has taken a break from competing for personal reasons after her father's swift passing.

For Anna Swenn-Larsson, who is currently fifth in the slalom cup, this means that Sweden's two main competitors are currently missing.
