The Japan Football Association has decided to set up a base in the country to support mobility and lifestyles as the number of Japanese national team players belonging to European teams increases year by year.

The number of players who play abroad is increasing year by year for the Japan National Team and those under the age of 23 aiming for the Tokyo Olympics, and more than 50 players belong to European teams.

Under such circumstances, the Japan Football Association decided on the board of directors on the 13th to set up a base to support the representative players.

Specifically, we will arrange airline tickets for players to move to strengthening games in Japan and provide support to improve the living environment immediately after transfer.

In addition, your team means negotiating so that players can smoothly participate in national team activities.

We plan to establish support bases in April and beyond, with the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, etc. being the candidate sites.
