- It's almost impossible to play in the Elite with the conditions of the union. Our travel budget was SEK 700,000 with minimal support from the union, says LB07 chairman Robert Lenir to Sydsvenskan.
The big reason is that the club got rid of big sponsors who dropped out.

As an irony of fate, Malmö FF, which started its own women's team, and LB07 may now meet in division 4.
Another consequence is that the Swedish Cup may be re-drawn. LB07 would play in FC Rosengård's group. That group has already lost Kungsbacka who withdrew and Halmia has been replaced.
