There is a lot of news accompanying the death of American basketball legend Kobe Bryant last Sunday, after his helicopter crashed into a cliff in Calabasas, California, and its wreck spread about two hundred meters away.

Among these news, the helicopter did not have a sensitive and accurate warning system, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The report also stated that the helicopter was not equipped with an awareness and warning ground system, which could have provided important information to the pilot about the mountainous region, indicating that almost all aircraft have advanced versions of ground collision warning systems, as well as many medical and air helicopters.

The "Washington Post" newspaper revealed more dangerous information than this, which is that the helicopter pilot started flying for 12 minutes, before the control tower granted him a license that allows him to fly despite the bad weather conditions last Sunday. Usually, warning of taking off in these airspace to avoid accidents.

The newspaper pointed out that the official in the control tower asked the pilot to move to another departure point at the airport, but the pilot - according to the records - responded with "no problem", and insisted on taking off from the same point that he was at.

After the tragedy, which also claimed the lives of eight people, including his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, a Twitter post spread to his account, "NOSO", followed by more than fifty thousand, dating back to November 13, 2012, saying "Cuban will die by helicopter crash."

The tweet that swept through Twitter and circulated in the media and got about a hundred thousand retweets and about 150 thousand likes and tens of thousands of comments, it turned out that it was written after Bryant's death, but the account manager was able to modify an old tweet and write this sentence to show that it is old and expect it to be fulfilled.

But what was remarkable and correct, an American cartoon series expected Bryant's death in one of his episodes, which was shown on November 16, 2016.

The "Legends" cartoon series, in a scene called "End of Days", showed Bryant trapped under a wreckage of a shattered helicopter before it fully exploded.

And cartoon characters in the series stole the prizes that Bryant had in the helicopter, "in revenge" because of his famous dispute with basketball player Shaquille O'Neal.

Out of respect for Kobe and his family we have removed the clip of him and ask that you please don't share it.

The series’s authors decided to delete the scene showing Bryant’s death out of respect for his departure, and they announced this via the official Twitter account, requesting that the clip not be published and circulated.

Tommy McCrady, who lived for a while near Bryant during their youth, said that the late star was keen to follow the performance of legend Michael Jordan and follow his role in the "NBA" league.

In a television interview, McCrady confirmed that Bryant was frequently saying, "I want to die a young man," and he was also saying "I want to perpetuate my name and override the achievements of Michael Jordan."
