Edvin Anger won the men's sprint competition after a sprint deal with the Norwegian Nikolai Holmboe. Albin Åström came four after losing the bronze match against Aleksander Holmboe, twin brother of second in the race.
In the women's sprint Märta Rosenberg took bronze, just under three seconds behind winner Siri Wigger, Switzerland, and 1.47 after Norwegian Anna Heggen. Tove Ericsson was also in the final, but finished sixth and last.
For Anger and Rosenberg, it was their second medal at the Youth Olympics. They both took silver at the cross-country cross country competition on Saturday.
